York Minster again (yes, I take a lot of pictures of this building...)Some one refered to it as a tower, so I thought I'd write a little bit more about it.... York Minster is in fact a very large Medieval
Cathedral. It took 300+ years to build (although some of us joke that it's still being built because it's always covered in scafolding) and is a rather impressive peice of architecture. Not only that, it's also sitting on top of what used to be a Saxxon graveyard, and before that a Roman fortress.
The green statue at the front is the Caesar Constantine. He must be pretty cold in that skirt...
